To say that Penny Masden - Copas has spent a little time in the classroom is an understatement; graduating from Shepherdsville High School she moved on to Western Kentucky University where she earned her Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Elementary education, Rank 1 in Leadership Endorsement and finally her Doctorate in General Administrative Leadership. Moving straight into the education field, the now Dr. Masden went on to fill such positions as Associate Professor at Austin Peay University, Director of Primary Education at Kentucky Department of Educations, and Assistant Principal in Warren County - just to name a few. The negotiation and leadership skills learned in these years of study and educational leadership allowed her to move in to Realty where she has enjoyed helping people find the home of their dreams for over 8 years. In her spare time, Penny enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with family members.
As an alumnus of Greenwood High School and a 2003 graduate of Western Kentucky University, Alison Gildersleeve is a proud Bowling Green Native; serving Warren and surrounding counties as a Realtor for 4 years. Ali's experience, knowledge, and passion for South Central Kentucky have brought her to understand her clients' needs, specializing in bringing peace of mind to clients that have struggled with selling their property on their own, first time home buyers looking for a house within their budget, and families looking for their ultimate dream home. Ali is married with two kids and two dogs and in her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading and traveling with her family.
